Crossroads of Middletown

Crossroads is located in Croydon Hall in Middletown and is a free licensed facility for Middletown residents who suffer from alcohol or drug abuse.  This facility offers education, consultation, assessment, treatment, and referral assistance to anyone seeking help for drug or alcohol abuse.  Crossroads is designed to provide short term, outpatient care to residents through a flexible schedule and individual and confidential care and assessment.  Students who fail a drug test in the Middletown school district may be required to attend therapy at Crossroads in order to return to school sober and/or drug-free.  Crossroads offers individual adolescent and adult counseling, family counseling, and group counseling.  The community of Middletown wants to provide the services its residents need so they are able to run this facility with the use of 2 state grants.
